The entire boat rental experience was a pleasurable one; from making the reservation by phone months prior, to picking up and returning the boat at the boat ramp. Ricardo & Michelle too, were always friendly,accomodating & professional. The boat was in great condition- the radio/cd was an added plus. Our 3 families (12 in all) had an awesome time each day and made some wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. Thank You Tropical Boat Rental and especially Ricardo for your courteous and outstanding service!
PS Great website! FYI: Lake Norman t-shirts can be purchased M-F @ the Visitors Center on Catawba.

Michelle you and Rick are the best. We had a fantastic time. Thanks for all your help getting us out in the water and making sure we had that trusty map. We actually didnt even pull it out on this trip but I was glad to know it was there. lol.
Now we just need to get those swimming lessons taken care of!

We had a great time on the lake with the Waverunner that we rented. It was even delivered to the launch area that we chose. When a storm blew up and shortened out day, the person coming after the boat made every effort to get there quickly and pick it up. Thanks for a fun day on the lake.

Had a great time on Lake Norman with the pontoon boat! The boat ran great and the people who rented the boat to us were nothing but great. Our only piece of criticism is that a heavier anchor with a chain be provided. The current anchor wasn't heavy enough to keep us from drifting. Other than that I would give your service a definitely would recommend and will be more than happy to use you again in the future.

We had a great time. The boat was fine. A suggestion is to have a map of the lake in with the literature that was left with us. Also, it didn't really go fast enough to pull a tube and I specifically asked if it would be and was told "yes".
