I had a good experience with the staff. Boat worked fine. Only thing is we had some type of miscommunication on when to turn in boat. We were back by 6 and waited 30 minutes for someone to show up. Then was told we could just get billed for gas and not have to be present. Other than that had a good experience. Thanks

The 20' sea ray was a super boat. We used it for the day and enjoyed it very much. We got a bit of a late start due to your crew being dalayed because of an accident the night before - but hopefully you can make it up on next rental. Good boat - good service. I didn't get my Knights discount of 5% ($20 to help pay for gas). Next time....

I really enjoyed doing business with Tropical Boat Rentals. The entire experience, from booking the reservation, to meeting them the day of, and then dropping off the boat was easy and painless. They were fully prepared with safety equiptment and answered all the questions I had. We dropped the boat off a little earlier than we needed to, but they had no problem with it. Their employees are all friendly and attentative. I will certainly rent from them again!

The entire boat rental experience was a pleasurable one; from making the reservation by phone months prior, to picking up and returning the boat at the boat ramp. Ricardo & Michelle too, were always friendly,accomodating & professional. The boat was in great condition- the radio/cd was an added plus. Our 3 families (12 in all) had an awesome time each day and made some wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. Thank You Tropical Boat Rental and especially Ricardo for your courteous and outstanding service!
PS Great website! FYI: Lake Norman t-shirts can be purchased M-F @ the Visitors Center on Catawba.
